Additional Notes:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of defective products or errors in the order.

Items that do not meet the specified return conditions will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Once the return is authorized, we will provide you with additional instructions for shipping the product.

It is important that the returned product is properly protected and packaged to avoid damage during shipping. The Electronic Commerce Law. WARRANTY

Manufacturer's Warranty:

If any of your products develop a manufacturing defect within the timeframe established by the manufacturer, we promise to replace it free of charge with a new one or issue the corresponding refund.

The costs of returning the product and shipping a new product or its repair are borne by Origen Valencia.

Warranty Duration:

As stipulated in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, durable goods are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty period begins when the product is delivered or supplied to the consumer, with the delivery date being considered as the date shown on the invoice, purchase receipt, or delivery note, as applicable.

In the event that a product presents a manufacturing defect within the period established by the manufacturer,Origin ValenciaOrigen Valencia undertakes to guarantee its free replacement with a new one or to issue the corresponding refund. The costs associated with returning the defective product and shipping the new one, as well as any necessary repairs, will be covered by Origen Valencia.

 

Procedure in Case of Incidents:

In the event of incidents that warrant the use of the warranty, the option will be repaired, replaced, discounted, or refunded, as legally established.

The warranty will be void in the event of defects or damage caused by external factors, accidents, or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Defects caused by negligence, impacts, improper use or handling, or materials subject to wear and tear through normal use are not included.

Warranty Exceptions:

The warranty does not apply to apparent defects or product non-conformities, for which any claim must be made within 7 days of delivery.
